I agree to release the United Way of Matanuska-Susitna Borough and Amazing Grace Academy from any liability for any injury or illness to me during my participation with Stuff the Bus. I assume full responsibility for risk of bodily injury or
property damage incurred by myself arising, either directly or indirectly, from participation in
Stuff the Bus Back-to-School Fair from any cause whatsoever, whether caused by active or passive negligence
or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the United Way of Matanuska-Susitna Borough and Amazing Grace Academy for any liability that may arise as a result of my criminal, willful
or fraudulent act or omissions that could occur during my participation in Stuff the Bus Back-to-School Fair.
