United Way of Mat-Su’s Youth 360 program is seeking applicants for its Director position.
Youth 360 operated three sites in Houston and Wasilla, and has recently launched a fourth partnership. The program builds connections through youth-driven programming, safe, fun afterschool clubs, engaging activities, family partnerships and events, summer programs and transportation. Youth 360 desires applicants with strong and visionary leadership skills, flexibility, adaptability and creativity. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to build authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders, project management skills, and have enthusiasm for leading youth-centered initiatives. Minimum three years’ professional experience, including at least one year working directly with youth in a classroom, afterschool or recreational setting required. Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, social work, education or a related field required.
